Overview
The GILLIAMs found in the Wills and Estates of Bedford County are chiefly those of Richard GILLIAM of Bedford and Mary his wife. Richard is the heir of Zachariah GILLIAM. References to Martin King and his descendants have been included as he married Martha GILLIAM, daughter of James GILLIAM of Littleton Parish, Cumberland.
