I Edmond GILLIAM of Crawford County, MO, being of sound mind and memory but every mindful of death do make and publish this my last will and testament after my death it is will and request that all my just debts be paid including funeral expenses.
I give and bequeath to my son John GILLIAM the sum of one dollar.
I give and bequeath to my son Burrell GILLIAM the sum of one dollar.
I give and bequeath to my son William GILLIAM the sum of one dollar.
I give and bequeath to my son James Natt? GILLIAM the sum of one dollar and
To the orphan children of my deceased daughter Nancy Jane who married Geo W. Paul I give an bequeath as follows:
Mollie Paul the sum of twenty-five dollars and
To her sister Rosettie Paul, I give and bequeath the sum of twenty-five dollars and
All the remainder of my property, household good, money, notes and accounts, of every kind and description, I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Elizabeth Sanders and her husband James Sanders to have hold and enjoy as they may seem fit and in consideration of which it is my will wish and desire that my said son in law and my daughter shall maintain and support me in a comfortable manner during the remainder of my natural lifetime, my sons herein named have heretofore receive their just proportion of my estate.
I hereby appoint my son in law James Sanders, Executor of this my last will and testament and do declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills which may appear as my will.
Witness my hand and seal this 22 day of December 1888.
