[I, George Torrence Gilliam, Sr . . .]
of St. Louis, state of Missouri, of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, revoking all former Wills made by me.

First, I give and bequeath to my son Robert W. Gilliam, the farm on which he now resides and twenty-five dollars per annum, during his natural life and at his death, I give and bequeath the same to his children: Olive Roberta Gilliam, Walter L. Gilliam, Georgina M. Gilliam, to share and share alike.

Second I give Mrs. Amanda A. Gilliam of the City of St. Louis, the house in which she resides, No 2943 Thomas St. and one hundred dollars per annum during her natural life and at her death I give the said property to Olive Roberta Gilliam, Walter L. Gilliam, and Georgina M. Gilliam, share and share alike.

Third I give to my daughter Henrietta M. Adlington two hundred dollars per annum in trust for my daughter Georgina M. Gilliam during the life time of my G M G and at the death of my daughter Georgina M. Gilliam I give and bequeath the same to my children to be equally divided between them, share and share alike.

Fourth, I give & bequeath to my daughter Henrietta M. Adlington the house __________ in Peoria where she now resides and ________

my daughter Mary Gilliam Thummel the property which I purchased in Kirkwood MO, from Sam’l R. Sneed and one hundred and twenty give dollars per annum during her natural life and at her death I give and bequeath the same to her children, share and share alike.

Sixth I give and bequeath to my son George T. Gilliam, Jr. one hundred and twenty-five dollars per annum during his natural life and at his death, I give and bequeath the same to his heirs, share and share alike.

Seventh I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah F. Gilliam the house at No 2639 Page Avenue and one hundred and twenty five dollars peer annum, during her natural life and at her death I give and bequeath the same to her heirs, share & share alike.

In witness whereof, I the said George T. Gilliam, Sr., MD set my hand and seal hereunto the 21st of July 1881

Lastly I do hereby nominate & appoint John Hoffman of Kirkwood MO and my son George T. Gilliam, Jr. of Peoria executors of this my last Will and Testament.
